“An apple a day keeps the doctor away” – an old motto from an old time. This is entirely true. But lets not be limited with that mind set. Lets say fruits altogether. The benefits that fruits give us are far more greater than all those modern medicine. Just to begin with, they are free out of fat, cholesterol. The fact that they have low amount of calories are alluring, so the people are trying to munch more fruit each day. This makes them the perfect snack.
